With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and consumer-centered design, they're looking for a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead multiple technical teams. About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to guide engineering teams (20 engineers), oversee technical delivery, and shape our technology strategy. You’ll play a key role in managing system infrastructure, ensuring smooth project execution, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the engineering teams, setting KPIs and driving productivity.
Enhance collaboration across departments and run effective team meetings.
Build strong client relationships, delivering impactful technical workshops and support.
Drive technology strategy, exploring new platforms and emerging trends.
Oversee infrastructure management, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align tech solutions with business needs.
Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in senior engineering leadership, ideally within a digital consultancy.
Strong technical background, especially with .NET and React, CMS platforms are a bonus.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data protection regulations.
