Our client is an operator of world-class integrated resorts that drive valuable business and leisure tourism. nThey have a 30-year track record of successfully developing and operating some of the largest and most complex business and leisure properties in the world, generating significant economic benefits for host regions and enhancing their stature as global tourism and business capitals. This person will be working as part of the live casino and igaming product suite that our client has to offer as part of their integrated resorts.


GemPool is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their clients team in Ireland or UK.
This role does require occasional travel to Bulgaria/UK for ad-hoc business meetings.


Responsibilities

  • Document business processes, rules and/or policies, including process flows and business impact documentation. Work closely with stakeholders to define change and establish a business future state.
  • Actively identify and translate high level business requirements into solution specifications, covering processes, people, technology, and manage changes to such specifications.
  • Facilitation of workshops to gather requirements and perform business analysis, understand, interpret and document project scope, objectives, benefits and tasks.
  • Plan and deliver business analysis, testing and change management activities in line with the overall project/programme requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience
  • Over 7 years of business analysis experience and experience in leading teams of Business Analysts preferably in a complex change environment
  • Broad knowledge of process analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience with B2B and B2C business processes and applications.
  • Experience in coaching and supervising other business analysts, IT staff and business subject matter experts


This role may require the successful candidate to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays in very exceptional circumstances. It is important to note that there is no sponsorship provided by this client.
This role has the potential to grow into a team lead in which will require the successful candidate to lead a small team.
