The RoleAs our client prepares to launch their Live Dealer business at the end of 2024, we're looking for a dynamic commercial leader to join the team as the VP of Commercial. This role is crucial in driving and managing our B2B live casino revenues.
Key Responsibilities- Led the commercial team to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and refine our commercial strategy
- Negotiate large-scale contracts within the gaming industry
- Build and maintain global client relationships
- Form strategic partnerships to support business growth
- Collaborate with the product team to prioritise client needs
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes

What We're Looking For- 10+ years of commercial experience, including C-level management
- Some relevant igaming experience
- Proven success in building commercial functions for B2B suppliers
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional ability to engage with stakeholders
- A robust global network in the igaming industry
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Self-starter mentality with adaptability
- Outstanding communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally
Your ImpactIn your first 18 months, you will:
- Secure contracts with at least 8-10 tier 1 operators
- Exceed sales targets and drive growth through operator relationships
- Recruit and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team
- Develop a customer success plan to enhance long-term revenue
- Shape a sales and commercial strategy for new and existing markets
- Foster strong inter-departmental relationships
- Influence product development to prioritise customer needs
- Identify and establish key partnerships for product expansion
TravelTheir European HQ is in London, UK, but candidates can be based around Europe. Regular travel will be required to their Studio in Bulgaria and occasional travel to London, Dublin and Las Vegas.
