GemPool Recruitment is seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our client’s team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of technical innovation in the registry domain.
You will play a critical role in shaping software solutions, collaborating with customers, stakeholders, and development teams to deliver intuitive, user-centered designs.
Hybrid: 2 days per week on-site in Dublin City Centre No Sponsorship Provided
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers and stakeholders to identify needs and pain points, even in ambiguous or undefined situations.
Lead design workshops and customer engagement sessions to gather insights, align goals, and clarify requirements.
Translate business needs into intuitive, visually appealing design concepts. Proactively create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate ideas effectively.
Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of design solutions.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Product Designer role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and ability to thrive in complex, ambiguous environments.
Proficiency in Agile delivery methods, with the flexibility to adapt processes to meet project needs.
Hands-on experience creating and evolving design systems to support scalable product development.
