This is a brand-new role to grow their sales team. The ideal person will have a track record selling consultancy services and have developed a strong network in the markets they serve.

The Role: As a Senior Sales Manager, your focus will be on building relationships and driving sales growth within key industries like energy, financial services, public sector, and health care.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
Sales Strategy: Use consultative selling techniques to offer tailored solutions to client challenges.

What You’ll Need:
Experience (ideally over 10 years) exceeding sales targets, especially in professional services and consultancy.
Knowledge of the industries you’ll serve, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
