SAP - Test Manager

Job Description

We are currently hiring an experienced SAP Test Manager to oversee full project life cycles, leading test strategy and quality assurance initiatives for complex SAP and S/4HANA projects.
You will be responsible for delivery, planning, and stakeholder management while guiding test teams and ensuring high-quality project execution.

• Hybrid
• Contract: 12 months
• Location: Dublin

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive end-to-end test planning, execution, and reporting
• Lead defect management and test progress meetings
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure testable solution design
• Oversee test environments and resource planning
• Support process improvement and contribute to risk management

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a test manager on large SAP projects
• Strong S/4HANA and SAP landscape knowledge
• Expert in test planning, defect management, and test progress tracking
• Tools: QC/ALM, Excel, planning and reporting tools
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
• ISTQB Certification required; project management qualification preferred
• Experience introducing new strategies and processes into QA delivery environments
