They are looking for a Performance Test Lead (NFT) to join the team.

About the Role
As the SAP Performance Test Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and speed of SAP-based systems. From requirement scoping to test execution and stakeholder reporting, you'll lead the end-to-end NFT process across high-impact SAP programmes.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior management, project teams, and test engineers to enforce standards and deliver measurable results—on time and on target.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead NFT strategy and delivery for SAP-based projects
• Drive requirement sessions, estimation, and resource planning
• Own test schedules, risk management, and stakeholder reporting
• Collaborate with project and senior management to uphold business standards
• Manage escalations, issue resolution, and test closure reports
• Deliver actionable test metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvements
• Mentor and support junior team members

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience leading NFT efforts in SAP environments
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive leadership mindset
• Strong grasp of tools and methodologies for performance/load/stress testing

Bonus Points For:

• Certifications in LoadRunner, MSVS, IAAP, OSCP, CREST, or equivalent
• Experience with DORA metrics (DCCS) and DevOps-integrated NFT strategies
• Familiarity with SAP performance tuning, Solution Manager, or HANA optimization
